Enjoy many fine restaurants in the historic/shopping district two blocks from the condominium complex. This property is secured, along with having on-site managers. Children are welcome.

Located on the sixth floor, the unit is a comfortable, two bedroom, two bath newly decorated unit. Master bedroom and living room have full ocean views. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Maximum sleeping capacity is six (with a sofa sleeper).

New Smyrna Beach's Central East Coast location allows easy access to many of Florida's attractions. Orlando, Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and Florida's oldest city, Saint Augustine, are minutes away.

Excellent weeks vacation for the whole family

We had a wonderful week here. The condo was beautifully kept and I loved the decor. My teenage daughters felt very comfortable here. Even though there were 5 of us in this 2 bedroom condo we felt we had plenty of room. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area and a great time was had by everyone.

Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
