Area: Wailea is the premier planned resort development on Maui. Located on Maui's sunny southwest shoreline, Wailea boasts the best weather, the best beaches, the best hotels, the best shopping and dining, three of the best golf courses and the best tennis facility on Maui.

Elua Village: Wailea Elua Village has the best shoreline location in Wailea. This condominium development of 153 apartments is a gated community, with 24 hour security, built on 27 acres of beautifully landscaped and attended grounds in the center of Wailea. Justly famous Ulua Beach fronts the property ocean side and is just a short walk from your front door. The beach is reef protected on the windward end and provides exceptional year round sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, diving and other water sports, with easy ocean access.

Elua has two swimming pools, one spa, a paddleball court, an all weather putting green, a Precor equipped ocean front exercise facility, sun and shade lounging facilities and furnishings, and an oceanfront pavilion with full kitchen and gas BBQ'S for your use and enjoyment.

Our Apartment: Elua 2202 is a top (2nd) floor condominium with great ocean views from the unit (a western exposure, with the island of Lanai centered in your view).

Our condominium has just been remodeled and refurnished and the living environment we have created provides our guests with a truly upscale Hawaiian style experience, with thoughtful appointments throughout to enhance your stay. Our website pictures give you a special appreciation of our unit. Suffice it to say that you will find our design, decor and furnishings to be of outstanding quality.

We have furnished our condo as our second home, not as a vacation rental. As a result, you will find plenty of linens, bedding, pillows, towels, beach towels, a fully furnished (with loads of quality cookware, dinnerware, and utensils) kitchen and a very eclectic and interesting Hawaiian "library" for your use and enjoyment.

We had a fabulous time. We will not stay anywhere else now. We made our friends at the Grand Wailea jealous of our qiiet, privacy, space and cooking facilities. It is much nice than the photos.

We spent a fantastic month in Eula 2202 and so enjoyed the condo and all the amenities of Elua. Pickle ball, 2 swimming pools, ocean front exercise room along with a hot tub spa.

The unit was very complete. We were there over Thanksgiving and invited 2 couples for dinner and the unit had all the cookware, dishes and serving pieces to make it a spendid affair. Nice ocean view and very nicely furnished and cared for. Barry and Linda Owen, Sammamish, WA

We traveled to Maui in September, 2008, and had the most wonderful time! The condo was beautiful - perfect really - and so nice to come "home" to at the end of our busy days. We enjoyed the unbelievable sunsets from the lanai. The condo was so nicely appointed, and far exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when we return. What a wonderful place for a vacation! Your condo was comfortable and had the Hawaii touch. It sure was fun sitting on the lanai watching the sunset with the palm trees framing that great picture. It is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, the beach is right there. The condo is located in a peaceful, private area not overrun by tourists. Very relaxing.
