Enjoy the splendor of this quite beachfront condo (only four units in the building). The Gulfside, screened-in porch or the beach deck are perfect for reading, dining or viewing the spectacular sunsets and wild life. A fisherman's or golfers paradise with activities for all ages.
The condo is beautifully decorated in comfortable Floridian style furniture and bright colors. In June, we totally remodled the kitchen, bath, and living room. See our web site for more information and pictures.

Why The Owner chose Englewood Beach
What makes this condo unique
Jay and Catherine Bojan. We have been married for 29 years, have three beautiful children, Eric, Adam and Sara. We having be visiting Manasota Key for over 30 years and enjoying our condos for almost 17. After 17 years in the Chicago are, we moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Loving the lifestyle and weather out here. We all love the mountains and miss the beach!!
The Owner purchased this condo in 1995
We purchased this property because of the incredible location. Our chilren were young and the beach was perfect for them. Seventeen years later and we all still look forward to our time in paradise.
There is some much to enjoy in Paradise. The views from the condo are incredible. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area in privacy. The wild life in and out of the water is abundant. The sunsets are incredible. It is prefect for all ages!!

Very private and cozy get away. We loved the beach and beauty of it all. Place was clean and quaint. Fun, Sun, Sand and Water at your back door. What more could you want.

Looking forward to our 4th January watching sunsets and dolphins from this beachfront condo and great seaside deck on Manasota Key. We enjoy staying in this beachy condo and then opening the door and literally being on the beach to start our search for shells and shark teeth! The location is great--you can walk to Stump Pass State Park, a local Tiki Bar or join a yoga class at the public beach--all within a mile. The owners have been great and are only a phone call away if you need anything. It's my favorite place to vacation.

We have been staying at this location for the last four years. We love the unit, the location is ideal, the private deck on the beach is great, and overall we always have a wonderful time there. If you like sun, sand, surf, sunsets, grilling out by the deck, shells and shark teeth this is the place for you.
Friends stay in the upstairs unit and we stay in the lower; both units are wonderful examples of "old Florida". No high rises, no hotel chains, good food and limited crowds. We could not be happier with our stay.

Great place for family and / or friends. Get away from all the stress, sit back and enjoy the sunset. Well maintained condo. Location is hard to beat. Fishing, swimming, outdoor cooking and a great beach at your door step. What more could you want. Would recommend this property

What a great time!

The best part of the trip was catching a 5 foot barracuda. The second best part of the trip was the cold margarita at the end of a sun soaked day, sitting on the deck watching the sun set as the kids played on the beach….if I could only do this more often! We look forward to coming back for more sun and fun in the future, what a nice place to visit.

This is the perfect beach spot for a relaxed vacation. It is literally right on the beach, you walk out into the sand and the gulf waters. Watch the sunset from the deck while eating dinner. My family has been here many times and we always look forward to our return. Thanks Jay and Catherine for being such awesome hosts!

Have been vacationing here for 5 years. Love every minute. Condo comfortable, location perfect, everthing you could want for a great time at the beach. The beach is great and restaurants and nightclubs within walking distance. Englewood is one of the best kept secrets of Florida. Laid back small town with plenty of entertainment and great beaches.
