Following a private and winding country lane, you will arrive at this very spacious and charming 'South County' home. The house is warm and welcoming and makes an ideal place for families to gather or to share with friends. The first floor has an open kitchen, dining and sitting area combined with one full bath and three bedrooms in a separate first floor section. Master bedroom and bath with balcony are on the second floor.

A beach pass for South Kingstown town beach,is provided. There are many other beaches in the area and the Block Island Ferry is nearby. A trip to Newport, Providence or the casinos in Connecticut is a short trip.

Perfect for family gatherings

We have happily stayed in this house in the summer and over Christmas. We are a mixed group with several couples and kids under the age of 10. The open and airy kitchen/living room is the hub of all activities, but everyone, kids and grownups alike, can escape, if need be, to the bedrooms. If you are sharing the house, try to snag the upstairs master suite, which looks out over the fields and has its own deck. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need to put on a bbq or Christmas dinner. A 5 minute drive gets you to a beautiful beach or to the nearby town with a great supermarket. I loved coming back from either and feeling like I've left the outside world behind as I made my way down the drive alongside stone walls and tall trees.

Very private, beautiful grounds, plenty of space in doors and out, this home was wonderful. A very quaint New England home that had everything one would need for a relaxing vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our family had plenty of space and it was very easy to entertain guests that came by. The town beach is nearby and is beautiful.

Loved our stay at this unique and comfortable home away from home. It is very large and spacious so if you have a large group there is plenty of room for privacy. There is much to do in the area including the beautiful beaches, trips to Newport, Watch Hill, Galilee, Block Island and great seafood. Even if it rains one day there is a library in the house full of great books and plenty of toys/games for the kids. There is also a beautiful and large deck for entertaining, sunning, dining etc..and an outdoor shower for after the beach. The house was very clean and well maintained and we loved having a washer and dryer. Customer service with Marion was great and she can answer any questions you have. We will definitly be back.
