There are several things that I like about this property the first being the location. It is close enough to Sarasota so that we could visit my in-laws and close to Venice which I fell in love with. It's a great shopping/restaurant area. We were right across the street from the beach on the Gulf and our apt. was right on the dock. BUT what I thought was our private patio became a walkway for the people upstairs. They seemed to like to look in the huge french doors everytime they walked past. I wonder how they would have liked it if I went up to their place and walked across their balcony and looked in their windows? Otherwise, i would give this a rating of excellent. Maybe the owners need to inform their other patrons that there is a sense of privacy that they need to observe.
