The apartment is accessed by the lift(I need the exercise so I walk!}.It is very sunny and south facing. The views from the terrace are stunning!.If dining out is your thing there are plenty of restaurants nearby but dining alfresco on the terrace is sheer bliss. The best food market in Nice is just round the corner on the Boulevard Joseph Garnier. Nice Old Town is only 4 short stops by the nearby tram or a 20 minute walk. All your needs are close by!
