Owner's Response: It is difficult to respond to this review. We have been renting our home for many years and never had a review such as this one. I contacted others who rented that summer so you could compare other reviews. When this individual rented the home there were record storms in the area, including a tornado, not common in NH. Roads were washed out, and the individual was nothing but happy with the home at the time, although they had terrible weather during their stay. As to the condition of the home, we pay a professional cleaning company and a landscaper to take care of our property, and we have never had anyone complain. We send out deposits through our bank on line so that we have a record of the payment. I had the bank contact this individual about the deposit because it was not cashed and she told the bank that she must have thrown out the envelope thinking that it was nothing. I had them send out another as soon as I found out. The house is lovely, the area is great, and we have never had any complaints. I hope you will give the home a second look and understand that I would be happy to answer any questions you have about the home.
