Fantastic week

We ended up bringing our 7 yr. old grandson with us on this visit, as our daughter was having back surgery the week that he was on spring break. It was his first visit to the beach, and he absolutely wore us out!!! My other daughter and her husband rented the end unit, so we all enjoyed our time together. Worried ourselves sick about the daughter having surgery, but she did very well, and we were able to keep the grandson's mind off Mommy!!! We come to Myrtle Beach several times a year, and this condo is our favorite place to stay. Jack and Sandy are wonderful owners, and the condo is always immaculate!! This time we were the first to enjoy the new bedroom furniture, which was nice!!! We're coming back in October and hope it's available for our next trip!!! Surfside is a great place as it's not noisy, has great restaurants and very family oriented. Everyone in the building are very friendly and helpful when questions arise about the area.

that personal touch means you care alot you and Sandy about your renters. I would say this is a well cared for Ocean front Condo and the area is well kept.

We really enjoyed the condo, great location! The condo was very clean and nice, we found everything we needed to make our vacation a wonderful experience. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed waking to the sound of the ocean, enjoyed our breakfast looking out over the ocean. This is our first place staying where we could be seated at the table and see the ocean.

On our second day the tv in the living room went out and the owners Sandy & Jack had it replaced immediately. We were impressed!! They made sure we had everything we needed.
We would recommend this condo to family, friends and anyone looking for a wonderful place to spend their vacation.

We are more of the type of people that love to enjoy the beach during the day and at night go out to eat or just cook at home and relax. On our nights our we ate at Bubba's fish shack, over the past three years of staying in Surfside beach we've gone there every year and love it. We prefer to eat at Surfside beach it much more quiet and not as busy as others parts of Myrtle Beach. On my husband birthday we tried Hoof & Finz, it was better last year. We also went to Dead Dog Saloon, very good and fun. On our last night we went to Barefoot landing and ate at Dicks Last Resort, only go if you have a sense of humor and it's not fancy but the food is really good and the kids loved it. We have 2 teenagers, each took a friend.

The condo had lots of things to offer if you wanted to stay in and cook which we did as well, they have everything you need. We really loved having a washer and dryer, sheets and towels provided BIG plus, we did not have to pack as much.The kitchen has everything, it is nice!

The kids even tried to put one of the puzzles together, they almost finished but we ran out of time. Maybe next time they will finish it :)

Overall we had no dislikes except we did not want to come home. Except to see our little yorkies.

I have to say that Sandy & Jack went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to make our experience a wonderful one. They had no problem answering all of our questions in emails and by phone. I hope to go back again next year and maybe even before the end of the Summer. We will definitely come back again if there is a free week in 2009

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was everything they said. Great view, cozy, and well-stocked. Very spacious and clean. Will rent again when we return.

Absolutely beautiful condo and the fresh flowers were a nice touch, too.
Also appreciated the phone call from Jack checking to see that all was OK.
We've stayed in 3 other SWIII condos in the past and #101 was by far the nicest with all the amenities of home.
Hope to be able to return next year.

Your condo is lovely and the location perfect. Your unit is the nicest of all the units we have rented, by far. We loved how well stocked it was, the beach toys and the linens. We met some of your neighbors and they were very pleasant and helpful. We fell in love with the Surfside beach area. We ate dinner out every night and the only night we left the Surfside/Garden City area was for Drunken Jack’s (a vacation tradition). We certainly plan on returning for a future vacation. Oh, by the way, thank you for supplying those 90-degree days in April, That was a very nice touch!
