Shore Acres Cottage is located between Ellsworth and Bar Harbor, nestled on the edge of pristine Acadia National Park. The beach and picnic area is an enjoyable three-minute walk from the cottage along a wooded country road. The state park, with boat dock and launching area, is only one half mile north of the cottage.

The cottage is fully insulated and has a monitor furnace and an electric hot water heater for your year-round comfort. The cottage is supplied with linens, blankets and beach chairs. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed; the other has twin-size bunks. HERE IS WHERE MEMORIES OF YOUR VACATION WILL LAST A LIFETIME! Be sure to ask for a ride in one of our Model T Fords. And last but not least, Blunt's Pond, a retired fresh water reservoir, is currently a town fresh water beach only two miles away, see picture, where a refreshing swim, picnic, or just relaxing, may be enjoyed.
