Enjoy unlimited and truly spectacular ocean views from everywhere in the unit! Watch the sun rise over the ocean and dolphins swim by our deck. We are on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3-story building for the best views and no one walking overhead. Beautiful oak flooring in the hall, living and dining areas, nice tile in the kitchen, and recently upgraded deck chairs all on the lower level. Upstairs, wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms, two full baths, laundry area and walk-in closet. Three TV's and Wifi access available through a local provider.
Within our village, lounge at the multi-level ocean view deck, inlet viewing area, or pavilion. Enjoy the upland sandy beach, beautiful garden courtyard, or do some grilling in the barbecue area. Ocean Point Pool, Ocean Point Golf Links and Ocean Point Grille are only steps away.

We are residents of Webster, NY near Rochester and spend our winters on Fripp Island. Ted loves golf, Mary Ellen enjoys sewing and crafts, and our Bichon dog named Abraham keeps us amused and occupied (picture above).
We were attracted by the beauty, serenity, and incredible nature scenes and wildlife on Fripp Island, as well as the scenic golf courses, pools, and restaurants.
We never tire of the spectacular views from our unit.

Great Vacation
Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo on Fripp Island. The island is so beautiful! I loved drinking my cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning, watching the dolphins swim by and the pelicans fly overhead. My sons loved the deer, the alligators, and all of the interesting creatures on the beach. My 7-year-old read "Tideland Treasures" from cover to cover and I liked reading about the history of the island. It was great having Ocean Point pool so close by. The condo was so nice and comfortable and the views were fabulous! We're already talking about returning next year!

Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful villa. The view from your balcony and its proximity to the ocean is just spectacular. After spending 20 years vacationing in North Carolina, it was really interesting to see the South Carolina low country. We found Fripp Island to be even more beautiful than we expected - a true island paradise!
