Comfortable log cabin nestled in the pines on 3/4 acre level lot above Spruce Point. Super quiet location, yet walking distance to downtown Boothbay Harbor. Situated just behind ocean front cabins which overlook Linenkin Bay. Sparkling glimpses of the water from the living room, kitchen, porch, and large wrap around deck. Well furnished with coastal decor and all the comforts of home. Two bedrooms / Sleeps 5. Living room opens into large enclosed screened porch. Top quality queen size bed in 1st bedroom with cable TV. Two twin beds in 2nd bedroom with TV. Fully equipped kitchen w/ dinette. Living room with gas log stove, television, & futon. Enjoy peaceful nature walks through the pines around the looping roads and trails above the bay. Relax on the deck in the morning sun while listening to the sounds of the harbor. BBQ grill and picnic table available for outdoor lunches and dinners. Walking distance to public beach at Barrett Park 1/2 mile away.

Perfect for our needs
Located in a nicely shaded area but close to the harbor, the cabin is located on a quiet, dead-end street so I wasn't too worried about my girls riding their bike in the street. The cottage is updated with new electrical, a beautiful screened-in porch with a futon couch that I slept on several nights. It also has some updated appliances like a microwave, wireless internet and a nice LCD TV for rainy days or winding down at night with the kids after a busy day.
The kitchen was amply supplied, the bathroom nice and with a queen bed and pull-out couch, a full-size futon and two twin beds, the cabin has plenty of sleeping options. Plan to budget $30-40 for laundry services because there is no washer or dryer in the cabin. A drying rack might be a good idea to air-drying towels in the cabin.
We had great weather, a great vacation in a great house and Randall and Maria were a pleasure to work with. I expect we’ll return to Booth Bay Harbor next year and my whole family hopes the Lehman Cabin will be available.
