Located on Lighthouse Point near the famous Tybee Island Lighthouse you have a 270 degree view of the ocean with Hilton Head, Draufuskie, and Fripp Islands in view. There are no structures blocking your view as the land beside this condominium is owned by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for bird and turtle nesting.

There are not many places existing like this one where you can see water from every room. With a beach that is growing and building sand dunes, you have a unique setting of sea, sand, and sea oats to surround you.

Located inside the old Fort Scriven, you will be in the most exclusive area of the island surrounded by new million dollar homes. This is a quiet part of the beach ideal for relaxation. The complex is gated and has two large swimming pools, baby pool, play ground and lighted tennis courts.

There are queen-sized beds in the Master bedroom and the guest bedroom along with a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. For 270 degree view, see website below.

Great place to stay, view is outstanding, ships, dolphins, and even the island coyote. This condo is on the 3rd floor but the climb up all those steps is well worth it. We had the most relaxing time, loved it. Planning on coming back.
Owner's Response: Thank you so much for the write up. There are more dolphins out front than any other place on the island. I have seen as many as 24 at one time. When the dolphin boat tours go out, they come to the water in front of the condo.

Great view and balcony!

We enjoyed our stay at Tybee. Although the weather didn't cooperate, we loved sitting on the balcony watching container ships, dolphins and the occaisonal luxury boat go by. The property was clean and had everything we needed. No elevator, but the view and location were worth the climbing. Would recommend this property if the beach view and access and reasonable rates are important factors. Thank you for a pleasant place to stay!

We had a great stay! The condo is clean and probably has the best view in the complex. We watched dolphins from the living room and the beach is uncrowded and beautiful. Watching the ships sail in and out of Savannah was a big perk. We'll definitely be back!

Best View on Tybee!

Ok so you have to walk up three flights of stairs but it is well worth it! You have a corner unit with views that are the best on Tybee Island. We have stayed all over this island and this is not only one of the best locations but the unit is one of the better two bedroom units we have stayed in. You will love the beach here as it is much more private than along the Pier. The owner is one of the best that we have ever rented from. You cannot miss with this unit. We will be back!
