Staying at Tinkerbell's treasure trove was an absolute pleasure. Before our arrival we were given directions and instructions with regards to gate no and key box no and all went according to plan. When first walking into the villa we were astonished as to how the villa was kept, it's cleanliness, it's decor which was beautiful and truely home from home. the customer service we received was second to none, we did have a fault with the pool and within 24 hours all was rectified with no disturbance to our visit.
My family and I would highly recommend this villa to all friends or family who are or thinking of travelling to florida, and the highlight would be that Walmart is literally 2 mins from the villa (in a car), children are catered for individually as we had everything we required for our 2 year old upto our 16 year old, from baby gates to pull out beds. More important we felt safe within the gated community, which was quiet and very peaceful.
We are most definitely looking to book again for our christmas 2014 trip.

Great Villa, excellent location steps to Walmart and many restaurants. We stayed in the area before but first time in this gate resort and it is a bonus. We love the spa and heated pool. This is one of the few homes with 4 master suites so it is really convenient as each room have access its own full washroom. Also have one of the bedroom suites on the main floor is great for the grandparents (no stairs). Our party of 6 adults and 2 kids found the home comfortable and clean. Would recommend this property to others. Anthony was great to deal with and answered any question promptly.

I have rented villas in Season for the last 4 years and before that cumbrian Lakes and i'vebhad my eye on Bellavida for some time. My friend, family and I booked this villa for a total of 25 days. Even during the period when the 6 of us were together in the villa it seemed huge. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need. There were plenty towels for all and 4 ensuites gave most of us a bathroom. The kitchen included a walk in cupboard for storing the spoils from Walmart. My favourite place was the lanai where the furniture kept dry. We usually had breakfast out there as the sun rose and the view over the lake was lovely. We also ended up out there in the late evening with a cocktail and ipad. My brother in law's favourite spot was the garage, for the pool table not the washer and drier! My sister loved the large corner sofas as the abundance of eating places on the192 and the 535 meant no cooking. My 16 and 23 year old nieces loved the hot tubs at the club house.

Bellavida is a fab location next door to a Walmart with another a few miles away. The 535 takes you to Interstate 4 and Disney is only 15 mins away. Perkins at the crossroads of the 192 and Poinciana has great food and really friendly staff. My favourite place for steaks is Logan's Roadhouse even though I couldn't bring myself to fling the peanut shells on the floor. Chilis just a mile down then192 from Perkins has been a favourite for years.

Tony, the owner, was great to deal with, nice and efficient. The local management were also very pleasant.

I would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends.

Fantastic Villa

For the third year running we stayed in a villa on the Bella Vida Estate. It's an ideal location for the parks. Also really close to supermarket and restaurants. If you fancy a day at home then the pool and jacuzzi give you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun. Fully equipped kitchen and washing/drying facilities make it a home from home. House is also tastefully decorated - not at all sterile as some holiday accommodation can be. Would recommend to families with children of all ages - games room kept us all occupied if the weather was not so good. Can't wait to go back again next time! Theme restaurant Medieval Times is just across the road and that is well worth a visit.
