We enjoyed a nice relaxing stay. It is definitely a quiet neighborhood which we really liked. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities promised. The pool area had lots of tables and deck chairs just like the picture which we appreciated for the times we stayed home to relax. Also, the pool uses a solar pill to keep in the heat instead of a solar blanket which worked very well. Not having to cover the pool every day was especially nice. The management office was closed due to unforseen circumstances while we were there, however, messages were listened to and an emergency number given so we had no real issues that caused us any trouble. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants to stay somewhere quiet and soak in the sun but also visit nearby attractions. Both are possible. K.C. Montreal, Canada

"We really enjoyed our stay at Doral Woods; Michelle Langham was always quick to help solve the (little) problems and it was easy to talk with her.
We were not in Kissimmee for the Parks but rather for resting and we must say that it was the right place for that. Pity the month we spent there was a bit too short.
If we were to come again to Central Florida we sure would come back to Michelle again.

This was the first experience with renting a vacation home for me. I have two younger children, so I was nervous about renting a home, as well as renting a home big enough to include our trailer and motorcycles. Michelle @ Behlor Realty made it so easy and relaxed for me! She recommended this house for me due to the spacious garage and driveway for our trailer and vehicle. This house was wonderful inside and out! It was incredibly spacious and the alarm system was great for peace of mind with the children! The kids LOVED the pool every evening, as well as having the comforts of home, even though we weren't at our own home. The price was definitely reasonable and well worth it! It was also a very quite neighborhood which was a huge plus. 192 is only 10 minutes away-everything for shopping, eating, and flea markets galore! We went to Disney one day, and found the drive to be about 20 minutes total-very quick. We also traveled to Daytona beach, approximately 1 hr away. I will definitely keep this property and Behlor realty in mind for our next trip, as the house was wonderful and Michelle was fabulous and extremely helpful (she helped with getting our wireless Internet quickly hooked up, as well as where to purchase discounted tickets, and getting our security deposit quickly refunded after our stay)! I can't wait to return again for our family Disney vacation in a few years. Only problem was that the vacation didn't last long enough! Thanks for the great accommodations-highly recommended to everyone!!

Let me say up front that Behlor Realty was great! Michelle is very professional, responsive, and organized. With that being said, let me jump into our feelings about the property. This was the first time that my entire family visited Orlando for vacation - - me, my three sons (ages 11, 8, and 6) and their father. The property is close to Walmart, Publix, and lots of other stores and eateries which is fabulous. Additionally, it was only about 15-20 minutes from all the attractions we visited (Disney, Universal Studios, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios) and is in a very nice area with lots of wildlife which we like. The house itself is spacious and has a great layout. The children loved the spaciousness and all of the places to watch television or play video games. I loved the kitchen and cooked breakfast every morning for my family. Generally speaking the house was clean and tidy. However, there were a few things that caused me pause and kind of creeped me out.

First, there was the bed linen. The bed linen (covers and pillows) had loads of spots and stains on them and made sleeping a little uncomfortable as we didn't know the "nature" of the stains. Next, there were many, many, many bugs left in the master bathroom tub. So many that I didn't even want to "think" about getting in it even if we would have cleaned it out as I'm extremely bug averse. The most disappointing thing about the house was the nastiness of the pool even though it was covered (and we kept it covered until we were ready to swim) AND it had been "cleaned" earlier on the day of our arrival. We chose this particular property mostly because of the location, the price, AND because it had a pool and we even paid extra for the pool heater but didn't swim in it AT ALL because of all of the bugs, bug eggs, etc! Our children were so bummed and didn't want to get in it either once they saw all the stuff floating in it!! Lastly, was the GI-NORMOUS spider in the garage!! If you don't like buggies, bring your own spray!!

If these issues were corrected and I was assured they were corrected, I would have not problem staying at the property again. If not, I would still be inclined to use Behlor Realty to find us another property without the aforementioned issues. All in all though, our family enjoyed our week long vacation in the area. Our rating is more like a 3.5/5.0.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house! What we loved was how quiet the neighborhood was for the price. It was clean and cozy to stay in, on our family vacation. We will definitely use the same company in the future.

We really enjoyed our visit to Kissimmee, Florida, in May. The house we rented from Behlor Realty, Inc., in Kissimmee. The house, a spacious four bedroom and three baths. It has an outdoor pool and hot tub. The location was perfect in Doral Woods. Easy access to theme parks and to the beach. Thank you again, Behlor Realty and looking forward to our next visit to the area.

This was our first experience with VRBO, and we will definitely be back! Prior to arriving, I was a little concerned with how staying off-property would impact our Disney vacation - after staying in this home, I doubt I will ever go back to staying on property!!
We arrived soon after check in, and everything was clean and well-kept. I had wondered how the home would look in person, after viewing the pictures online, and I must say that the pictures don't do it justice. The home has a very open floor plan with two large areas furnished with comfortable sofas to sit and talk or watch tv. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including salt & pepper, dish towels, sheets and even towels for the pool.
Although we never had to call Michelle with any problems, I doubt that there would have been difficulty if we had done so - I had called her with very little notice immediately before we left and she was able to respond very quickly with the information I needed.
Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the house - it was actually much nicer to stay off-property and have the space to spread out, as well as the peace and relative solitude. The drive into any of the Disney / Universal parks tended to take about 25 minutes, even with some minor construction that was taking place on the roads. My two boys (11 and 7) probably had as much fun in the pool every morning and evening as they did at some of the parks - in fact, most days the kids were ready to get back to the pool before we were ready to leave the park! To be able to come home to a spacious house after a busy day, throw some steaks on the grill and sit out by the pool while the kids played in the pool was such a nice way to wrap up each day - this was definitely a far more relaxing and restful vacation than our last trip to Disney, when we stayed on property.

I have "rented" several homes through Behlor Realty over the years. This was the biggest and nicest one of all. We go back to the same location every year, because we are familiar with it.

We always walk in with our cameras and take pictures, before we carry our things in. Everything was spotless and well taken care of.

There was plenty of room for everyone, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool, because it is so private out back.

There is everything that anyone would need on 192, whether it be shopping for souvenirs, groceries, fruit to take home, or restaurants.

Hope to return again next year.
