We were looking for the ideal ski in/ski out condo that would sleep the 11 of us comfortably during our week long ski vacation in Colorado. This property fit the bill very well. While it was a little small for a 4 bedroom it is well appointed and comfortable. The elevator is a real blessing when unpacking upon arrival and packing for departure. The pool and hot tubs are great for apres ski relaxation as well. The only complaint we all had was that the owners had entered the condo while we were out skiing without notice (I'm pretty sure Colorado law requires 24 hour notice). They used the excuse of needing to replace some wine glasses in the kitchen but then proceeded to wrongfully accuse us of having more than the 13 people allowed by the contract sleeping there. Being an owner of multiple properties myself, I understand that an owner has a right to protect their property but, absent any evidence of wrongdoing, a tenant has the right to a reasonable expectation of privacy in exchange for their rent payment(s). If you rent this place, just be aware that your privacy may be violated and be sure to take valuables with you. Now, back to the property review. The deck off the living room is too small to be of any use other than maybe coffee for two but has a nice view of the Four O'Clock run below. The downstairs bathrooms are small but are basically exclusive to the two downstairs bedrooms, the upstairs bath is big but is shared by two bedrooms plus a loft. If you're sharing the place with a group and want a private bath, take the downstairs bedroom at the end of the hall, it's bath is private to the room. All in all, it's a nice property with an owner that has a distorted perception of boundaries.
