I had never rented a house online before and I was a bit nervous - but we had a blast, one of the best vacations we ever took. Lovely house. Description very accurate and layout was perfect. Loved the decor - very beachy and relaxed. Very clean! Property was well-maintained. Owner answered all questions, paperwork was easy and we received our security deposit back in a very timely manner. Near lots of beaches, restaurants, aquarium, shopping, quaint towns most within 20 minutes some within 45 minutes. We stayed a week with a toddler and had no complaints. I reccommend this property highly.

We had a wonderful 10 days in Narragansett. The house is lovely - very clean and well kept. The beach is a short bike ride away, and also beautiful. As other posters said - the owners are very gracious and accommodating. We'll definitely be renting again.

We had a lovely time here. The owners are friendly and accomodating. During the extreme heat and humidity, they installed A/C, and were quick to respond when the downstairs unit broke. They also have ceiling fans which help. The house is clean and well-kept. It was comfortable for us and our 2 children. There is a nice beach nearby, but also a larger family beach not too far by car(Roger Wheeler). If you stay here, try Trieste Restaurant nearby and Brickley's Ice Cream. We definately enjoyed our stay.

Our family of four and one grandmother also enjoyed this home very much. The location is good and it is a great size-enough room to be comfortable but not overdone. It is nicely decorated and well-kept. We also loved the deck and took advantage of the gas grill!
We would like to go back sometime!
