A brilliant time had by all!

We stayed at Regal Oaks during the 2009 Thanksgiving Holidays. The townhouse is in a very convenient location, very close to Disney World, and with no need to take I4, which was at times very congested. Publix across the street was definitely a plus. We will definitely go back.

The house was great, great location and really comfortable, nice to come back to after a hard day at the parks. The kids really enjoyed the pool and in general were the only ones there, would definitely recommend your house to anyone who was visiting florida and your service on booking of the house has been excellent.

Your townhouse was a wonderful place to stay! Our family of 6 were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool area & water slide. Since our plans included the Disney parks, we were thrilled that they were such a short drive to get there. Jackie, we highly recommend your home to others and hope to return again soon!

Our stay at your townhouse was fantastic. It offered plenty of roominess for us and was clean. It's a great location with lots to do whether it's Disney, Old Town or shopping. The pool area was a big hit for us all - the kids especially. Nothing like a relaxing float down the lazy river on a hot day. On behalf of myself and my family we would like to thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home in Orlando. We had an amazing holiday and most of it was to do with your home.When we got there and opened the door we were really surprised and happy. The house was absolutely spotless. Everything and more was there for us.You really did cater for all our needs.The location of your home to the attractions was spot on. 15 to 30 mins drive, very easy and the shops and restaurants near by were great. In fact the kids by the end of the week were having more fun at your place and the pool. The pool was great, we were in there every day and evening and the wildlife around the lake was pretty special too. We had a fantastic holiday and most of it was down to your home, location and pool. Also i would like to say a big thank you to you, every email i sent you i got a reply back in no time at all. So thank you all again for a great holiday - one of our best.

The location of Your Townhouse was very central for all sorts of things i.e. food shopping, Theme Parks, Retail Outlets. We also made good use of the local restuarants especially to have our breakfast which was very cheaply priced and the food was in great quantities!! We also used the local crazy golf which we all enjoyed.Having Old Town next door was a big bonus and there was lots too keep us all entertained. Your management company were very helpful on the few occasions we contacted them which included us being able to obtain reduced price wristbands for the OldTown rides etc. We hardly used the pool as we were out and about every day....which just shows what a great location your accommodation is for getting to lots of places of interest. Overall we had a wonderful time staying at your townhouse..it was very comfortable, clean, neat and tidy and welcoming for our stay. I will certainly recommend your accommodation to friends and colleagues for future holidays. Having somewhere to stay in a location that was very easily within driving distance for all the theme parks, restaurants, shops etc was great. Also having your managemnent company just across the road from your acommodation was also very good and we found them friendly and very helpful the few times we needed to use them…i.e even for local information etc.

We found the accommodations to be top notch. We felt very much at home and appreciate being able to rent the facilities from you. It was as advertised or better and the proximity to Disney was great. My companions described the place as wonderful, a very positive experience. We look forward to renting it from you again in the future.

We loved staying in this townhouse. Our 3 children absolutely loved the pool, slide, and lazy river as did we. The house was very clean and had lots of room for everyone. We are planning on staying in this house again next year.
