Great Family Spring Break for All Ages

Home was extremely clean, spacious, with comfortable bedrooms; we appreciated the large supply of bath and beach towels. We rent homes frequently for family getaways and we'd rank this one as one of the best, by far. In reading earlier reviews, we note that the outdoor grill was in working order, additional basic cleaning supplies have been added, two pool noodles, and--great for families with young ones--a high chair, stroller and pack-n-play are available. The only suggestion we have is to echo the comments about cooking supplies--plenty of plates, cups, utensils, knives, cutting boards are available but additional cooking pots, colander, mixing and salad bowls and baking dishes would be helpful. One reason we rent homes is because we enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and sharing meals together at home with our family--a break from the hectic routine of daily life with three active children ages 3-17. Loved hanging out by the pool, from early morning to late evening! Area hiking at South Mountain Park was great, and we enjoyed being able to walk and jog in the desert right across the street.

Our family of six stayed at this property recently. We were very impressed with the large home, the cleanliness and the neighborhood. The home had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was very well stocked with all the necessary items we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the patio. The house is close to shopping, entertainment and activities. The owner responded promptly when we booked the property and answered any questions that we had. I would definately recommend this property.

The property was so comfortable for our family of six. The bedrooms and living areas were very nicely furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. The pool table was a bonus. Our children particularly enjoyed the pool, the small yard and the lemon tree. We started each morning making lemonade. The only thing missing was an outdoor hot-tub. The pool was heated and generally warm enough. The kids would have liked some floaty type things to use in the pool We utilized the grill and outdoor eating area most evenings. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, missing a few utensils/serving pieces we might have used. There were plenty of dishes, cups, etc... Also, there were plenty of linens including beach towels to use by the pool.
We would definitely recommend this property of a friend.

The home was very convenient and met our expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will definatley be interested in staying here again. Make sure and give the owner/agency enough notice to heat the pool if your stay is during the Arizona Winter season.

All clean and tidy and a good location.
Understand the need for the fence between the patio and pool but would have been nice to be able to remove it as we had no children with us.
Unusual to access the paio/pool area from the side, rather than the back.
After all that I do recommmend the property.

Very well maintained family home in quiet neighborhood. I brought my wife and 6 children in March and found the home very clean and comfortable. Good location with excellent access to South Mountain hiking trails. The kids enjoyed the pool, but it did take about 4 days for it to heat up to a bearable temperature. We would definitely recommend this home to a friend.

All the rooms are nice and big, comfortable beds, roomy enough for 5 adults 2 children. The fenced gate between pool and patio table area was great as it kept our 1 and 3 year old grandkids safe. We were able to swim in the cooler evenings due to the pool being heated to our liking of temperature. We would stay at this property again.

The house had nice size bedrooms, pool, yard and landscaping. Location in Phoenix was in an upscale neighborhood. Cleaning detergents were available but no mop, bucket or vacuum. Kitchen lacked mixing bowls, colander, large pots with matching lids (not good for cooks). Outdoor gas grill wasn't really functional.
Owner's Response: We try our best to accommodate everyone's needs. We don't keep a lot of cleaning material, i.e mops, bucket or vacuum as we have a service for that. We offer cleaning service with our rentals as we want everyone to enjoy their vacation!

We had a great time visiting Phoenix and staying in this home. This is our second stay here and we enjoyed being close to many nice golf courses. Although we did not use the pool, it looks very nice and it is very private. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The pool table is a very nice feature too. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, it has something for everyone.
