North Conway Mt. Side Home

The description of the property is 100% accurate with no misrepresentations. The proximity to Mt. Cranmore (see it from the house) and Wildcat (20 min ride) can't be beat. And for non-skiers the house is minutes from the outlet stores & there are lots of opportunities for restaurants, bars, music, etc. The place is large enough for plenty of guests, w only had five, but you could put probably a dozen. And, the place was hospital clean. We will rent again!! Maybe in the summer too!!!!

For the past three years I have rented Chris & Melissa's place with my sone and one or two other families. At times we have had up to 6 teenage boys with us. This place has the perfect set up with three floors available to speed out with kids or families. It is always clean and you can not beat the location. Easy access in and out to all the shopping and skiing you need. I just can't say enough about.

Now that my son will be off to college next year, I hope to get a group of adults together to continue this tradition in such a fantastic spot!!

This place was just great. Close to everything, but you definatly don't get the feeling that you're in the middle of tourist town. It was supplied with everything you could ever need or want: sleds, kitchen supplies, even toothpaste! The bar/rec room was so much fun for the group we went up with. It's perfect for large groups, we had 11 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Owners were quick to answer questions and very helpful. Renting this house was DEFINATLY more economical and fun then staying in a hotel. I will definatly stay there again the next time I'm looking to vacation in that area!

It is a very large cottage. There is enough room for 10 persons. It is very clean and well situated. There is a large deck outside with an outdoor fireplace. There is a hicking trail in the backyard so it is perfect when you want to do a short ride... The owners, Chris and Melissa, are very kind.
My only negative comment is about the fridge and the freezer... they are always full of stuff so it is difficult when we are a large group to put in all the food that we bring so I would suggest to bring one or 2 coolers...
But overall the 2 times that we've been there were very successful. I would recommend this cottage!
