Well what can we say, we had an absolutley fabby holiday!! Weather was fantastic, accomodation terrific it was just like being at home only without the central heating having to be on. We stayed in both the duplex and the studio on PS 4 during our holiday and the locations of both were brilliant!! Duplex gave you a sea view and the studio was right next to the pool. The pool bar was great with very friendly staff. Kids loved the pool tables that were available and we felt relaxed and secure with the prescence of the on site security. The pool gaurd took his job very seriously and made good use of his whistle. NO LILOS ALLOWED. The restaurants close by were all very good, we ate mostly in the Safari complex. Biancos was our favourite but they were all very good. Shopping is great but probably not any cheaper than the shops at home. All in all an all round great holiday. We will definatley recommend and will be back ourselves. Jean picked up and dropped us off at the airport which was great, and although we didn't need to contact her for anything while we were there, we were confident that if we did need her she would have been there. The duplex apartment in Santiago 4 was clean, well maintained, fairly spacious and in a secure position. It was also very quiet - great to wake up to the sound of the sea. The poolside was also pleasant, but little natural shade. However, the pool at Santiago 3 (a 2 minute walk away) has plenty of that, and a much bigger pool. Jean was extremely friendly and although we did not need to contact her during the stay, I was confident she would have corrected any problems we may have experienced. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk along the promenade but the seabed is very rocky/pebbly. The restaurants are good but some quite pricey - think English prices rather than Spanish. Overall, a lovely apartment in a nice area, would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants a relaxing holiday.

Had one of the best holidays .The Duplex is terrific with absolutely everything you could want for a great holiday. The location is fantastic right beside the beach,it was lovely to sit and watch the waves which you hear at night. Lovely walkways etc. Very near to the supermarket and restaurants The complex is lovely everything kept so clean,Jean is a lovely lady and is very kind and helpful - and full of local knowledge ,could'nt ask for nicer. Unfortunately it was booked for our next holiday ! Have recommeded it to my friends and hope to return at the next opportunity which I hope will be very soon.

We have been holidaying in Tenerife for over 30 years and have just returned from Jean's 1 bedroom duplex on PS4. This was our 3rd stay in this apartment in the past 12 months, and we are already booked again for later this year. Parque Santiago 3 and 4 are without question the best apartments in Las Americas. They have everything that you could wish for to make a fantastic holiday - large clean pools, impeccable cleanliness, next to sea, restaurants and shops on hand, and their own security team.

The apartment is bright and airy, although always manages to stay cool in the hottest weather. All mod cons are in the apartment, making it a total home from home (but with the sunshine!). The two terraces overlook the sea and are a great place for breakfast or a cooling drink at any time.

Jean is always so helpful and only a call away if you should need any assistance or advice. We can't wait to return in December, and hopefully for many years to come. Thanks again Jean for everything.

Both myself and my sister stayed at the 1 bedroom duplex at Parque Santiago 4. We had been told that it was a beachfront/Seafront duplex. This was the one most important request that I made clear from the start that we required a good sea view. What we got was a side view, which was very disappointing as when we sat out in the balcony only one of us could actually see the sea, which was the one who sat next to the balcony wall. The duplex looks down on to a road and the views across from it, was another apartment block. The duplex itself was good, and the complex excellent. The area was nice with plenty of things to do and see, you can walk miles and still be by the sea. Just a shame that we were unable to sit out on our balcony to enjoy our Beachfront/Seafront seaview!

We stayed in Jean´s 2 bedroom apartment on Santiago 3 last summer for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. The complex is excellent especially the new kids water play park, our 2 were amused all day every day (aged 8 and 10). We really coulnt fault the apartment it had everything, big TV with bbc etc, and it kept really cool even thiough it was very hot outside. We were very grateful to have the security grills which meant we could leave the patio doors open all day and night.

We got to the airport on time and we had the most relaxing holiday for a long time.

Stayed at Santiago 4 accommodation ground floor round pool area with wheel chair access if required, tiled patio area and grassed area the sun was on the patio area with half shaded which was fantastic for escaping the heat in the afternoon.As for the apartment we think it was suitable for two people even though there is a bed settee. We had overall a really fabulous holiday sat TV for sky news etc. two ceiling fans which came in handy to cool things down, cooker,microwave,toaster,fridge freezer to keep wine beer chilled for late nights on patio listening to the sound of the sea. We found no maid service which worked to our advantage none of that "Quick the Maids Here" it was just like home.
Jean picked us up at airport no messing around very quick from arrivals.
We would recommend Santiago 4 for a good self catering holiday on site pool snack bar supermarket, and all shops, bars, restaurants, and beach's at your door step.
