Flagstaff Family Vacation

My sister and I vacationed with our mom and our stay at this house was wonderful for all of us! My mom was especially impressed as she's only stayed in hotels on vacation, my sister and I discovered rentals awhile ago and won't go back to hotels. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, full laundry, double garage, etc. there is no comparison! The house was immaculate and comfortable with everything we needed and then some. I highly recommend this rental and Steve!

Just returned from our visit to Flagstaff and couldnt be anymore pleased with our accomodations. The house is in wonderful condition, clean and with everything provided you can ask for. All we had to do was walk in the front door with our groceries and personal possessions, and feel right at home. Its an easy 10 minute drive to the middle of town for shopping and dining, and of course the weather cant be beat. We will be returning in October for another visit for the turning of the colors. Thanks Steve for a wonderful house, and a special thanks to the young lady who takes care of the place. We cant wait to go back.

We stayed in this house for a week to get out of the Phoenix heat and it was fantastic. Very comfortable, large house, everything in the house was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. The wifi internet worked great and a printer was available in one of the bedrooms. This is a great spot to use as a starting point to all the attractions in northern AZ, Grand Canyon was 1:45 away, Meteor Crater 45mins, Winslow 1hr, Lava Tube Cave 40mins, Snowbowl 20mins, Lowell Observatory 10mins, Arboretum at Flagstaff 15mins.

Great place and I'd definitely rent it again.

Thank you so much. We had a fabulous time staying at your villa in Flagstaff for a week in May !!! It was centrally located for all the many day trips that we had planned in northern Arizona. It was really perfect for our two families. Flagstaff was like an oasis for us. It was hot elsewhere, including Sedona, but not in Flagstaff. Thank you for letting us rent this beautiful home for a week !!

It was a delight to have all of my needs met during my three month stay at this HomeAway rental last winter in Flagstaff. Not only was there high-speed wi-fi which enabled me to easily stay in touch with family and friends, there was also a lovely suite with separate bathroom for visitors. The kitchen is large, light and has a full dining area as well as a central island with stools for more casual meals for two. A comfortably furnished living room allowed for visiting and conversation while the large screen HD TV with DVD player provided entertainment. The location of this Homeaway is ideal, less than ten minutes from Flagstaff's downtown area with shops and restaurants. Even closer are two large grocery stores and a shopping center with
Starbucks, Subway, gas stations, video rental store and more. Best of all for one who loves a brisk daily walk, one of Flagstaff's most
scenic Urban trailheads was only a seven minute walk from the front door, providing a 45 minute round-trip walk through an unspoiled mountain meadow with unobstructed views of the San Francisco
peaks. It was lovely to be able to walk without being concerned about automobile exhaust or busy city streets. This rental is clean,
well thought out, includes a fully equipped office and a mobile phone, snow-removal in the winter, heated garage, mail delivered to the mailbox, a lovely deck overlooking an undeveloped wooded slope, privacy, excellent laundry facility, good floor plan, proximity to everything in and around Flagstaff. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to truly feel "at home" while exploring this beautiful part of our country.

My family and I enjoyed a week in Flagstaff. The property was clean, spacious and had a convenient location within the city.
The main thing that put it "over the top" in our opinion was the little extra's included in this property that are usually not seen in rental homes. In the bathroom: hair drier, Q-tips, and tissues were stocked. There was a welcome basket of snacks and drinks waiting for us as well as coffee for the following morning. One bedroom had a desk with a window view as well as a printer with paper and drivers provided! We also appreciated the security of a 2-car garage with remote entry.

We would DEFINATELY stay in the property again and would highly recomend it to anyone.
