I just returned from my 10 day stay at the Bay View Grand.
This was my fourth time in Cancun and by far the nicest place I've stayed at. This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean view from the back balcony and the city lights at night from the front balcony are breathtaking. Beautiful pool area where we spent much of our time. So many great clubs,restaurants, and shopping within walking distance We had a fantastic time!
I was a little apprehensive never having rented a place from a private party before. Thank you Luis for the great communication, everything worked out perfectly. I will highly recommend your beautiful condo to everyone I know planning a trip to Cancun.

What an awesome place!!!, very clean, excellet views from both sides east and west, awesome view to sunrise and sunsets, excellent taste on condo decorations, comfortable beds, all amenities included, great atmosphere with security on all the sorroundings, you can stay inside the condo or outside in the area and feel at home. Great area for family or private for couples if you wish, perfect for get aways with relaxing atmosphere and walks on the beach. A PERFECT 10!!!

This condo is the best, beautiful views and accomidations. I recomend this condo to families going on vacation and/or newley weds, very nice, two thumbs up. Also Luis was very nice and professional person to work with, I am looking forward to renting this location in the future. You also do not need a car, everything is just a walk distance away!!!

This appartment complex would be most appropriately described as "A collection of must haves in any type of vacation".
May it be a getaway, or an extended holiday, for a couple, family or friends, this place has it all. It is centrally located; walking distance to the restaurants and social spots in town. Yet it is quiet and exclusive with a sight of the bay and turquoise caribbean beaches that leaves anyone breathless.
The appartment and common areas are exquisitely decorated, full gym, spa, massage facilities, jacuzzi with a view, private crystaline beach and...did I mention quiet and exclusive?
My wife and I were looking for a place for a week's holiday, this place surpassed our expectations, and we've traveled substantially across the globe.

I had a wounderful time in Cancun last week. This condo is really beautiful and it exceeded my expectations by far. I went to Cancun with my husband and another couple, I had time to relax because the unit is right in front of the water, I had a massage there, I was able to check my email because it has WIFI and it had an excellent location overall because it is close to everything. I strongly recommend it. I will definetely come back.

Excellent! , Very large spaces, furnished with very good taste, very clean and super located. The views are stunning, the sunsets and the blue sea from the terraces.The pool and beach area of the best, I recommend the outdoor jacuzzi and a massage in the spa.

I had a wonderful vacation with my husband and another couple, The apartment is very spacious and tastefully decorated with top of the line furniture and appliances. I was able to check my email on the LCD tv there which has WIFI and satelite tv. The unit has an outstanding view of the pristine cancun beach and it is right outside! this was wonderful because I hate to walk several blocks to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook, but we were just a couple of blocks away from the heart of cancun, plaza forum, nice restaurants, market and convenience stores. They have a fairly nice equipped gym. I had a wonderful hollistic massage for less than $40 dollars.WeI really didn't want to and didn't have to leave the premises because we had the best beach and the best pools and very friendly service from the people that work there. If you are looking for a luxury comfortable condo right in front of the water this is it. I give it two thumbs up!
