Kids First Holiday Abroad !

We stayed at the Villa for one week Aug 19 - 26. Ana Marie was warm and welcoming and offered good advice on places to visit and eat. The accommodation was simply the best we have ever stayed in. While the website describes it accurately you have to see it to fully appreciate it. It is a quiet location, you can walk to Albufeira or taxi which is approx €4. The Villa is very spacious with all modern appliances and very secure. The pool was never over crowded and very well maintained, always spotless. As it was our kids first time abroad they were really impressed. They loved the pool at their back door and made full use of it. We would recommend Ricardo's Italian restaurant in the Old Town the food was excellent as was the service.
Once again we highly recommend a stay here for family or romantic break. We have already recommended to family and friends and we look forward to returning ourselves!

Well appointed accommodation, pristine. Outdoor areas well maintained. Location was ideal - close to train station (Ferreiras), airport (Faro), bus tours (Ticket Shop). Central for touring the entire Algarve - adventures just a few minutes drive away. Shopping centres in Guia, Portomao, Faro if required. Restaurants both the local one at the bottom of the road and in the old town were superb. Excellent bakery around the corner - we visited it every day! Road construction still ongoing but we accomplished our morning jogging around it. Had the complex to ourselves for the month. Had a great stay for the month of February despite the rainy weather. Thanks for all your communications, Peter. Would not hesitate in recommending this property to others.

A very pleasant stay

This property was in excellent condition. Very clean and tidy. The only problem is that you do need a car to get into town but with all the roadworks that are going on you take your life in your hands trying to walk there. The location itself is very pleasant . The owners were very helpful and provided all the information and help you needed. We did suggest that a small handout listing all the amenities in the apartment would be off a great help. Locally there is only one bar in walking distance (about 200 meters). The owner speaks English and wa very helpful the food was excellent. All in all a very pleasant stay. Iwould not hesitate to recommend it

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Farm Village. The apartment is airy and clean, set in a nice complex with a lovely pool. The apartment is only about 1km walk away from Albufeira town and it's lovely beach. It is also a short walk away from a supermarket so a great location if you don't have a car.

The villa was exactly as described, 4 balcony's, one with a BBQ, clean and tidy, with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Aircon was very welcome !
Quiet location, with the pool never being over crowded. Tennis courts available,but you will need your own rackets. Great customer service from Peter and Anabella. Old town has hundreds of restaurants, and a great atmosphere, Taxi back for approx 4 euro's, but can be walked in 20 minutes. Supermarket ( with restauarants above ) within 8 minutes walk, one within 3 minutes with traditional Portugese dishes. Slide and splash is great for over 5's, otherwise there are alternatives for the younger childrn closer by. We would definitely recomend it to friends and familiy and hope to return again soon.

We spent one wonderful week with our friends , in this apartment.
In this apartment everything is well equipped and comfortable for 6 people. All the facilities, furniture and equipments are 1st class.
I would highlight the owner's helps, advises and his great attention before , during and after our stay.
We really felt the personal care and the unique attention.
I would warmly recommend Albufeira, Farm Village, and Holiday Rentals for everyone.

The property was very nice. Very clean and well maintained. The complex was also very clean and we enjoyed lazing by the pool on the days we didn't explore
Good Customer Service was provided by the owner and they touched base with us a couple of times before we left UK.
We also arranged our airport transfers via the owner and everything went very smoothly.
Would highly recommend Al Cocheria Restaurant which is 5 minutes Walk from the Apartment. Very friendly, helpful, staff and great food and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Would definitely recommend the Apartment and hope to return next year.
