We had a good time at the villa. It was close to all the Disney attractions. There were six of us and the two girls each had their own bedroom which they thought was cool. The pool was nice. We had a few intense games of ping pong. Time flew by and it was time to leave the villa too soon!

We had a great time at the Villa. Sharons home is very spacious and quiet and only minutes from Disney World. We enjoyed it all. Everything from the pool to the game room ( we played table tennis every night for hours ) to the community pool and tennis courts, yes she even has tennis racquets and tennis balls. Thanks for letting my family enjoy 8days at your home.

We had a fantastic time on our holiday in Florida. The Villa was in a great location with all the theme parks literally only a 15 min drive. The pool and games room were brilliant when we just wanted to "chill out" after a full day at one of the parks.
Would definitely recommend this villa to anybody holidaying in Florida. Thanks very much James & Sharon for letting us use it!

We rented this villa along with another family for a Disney World vacation from Dec 24th till January 1st at Orlando, Florida, and were pleased with our stay.

The villa is clean and well maintained, and is in a quiet neighborhood, although not far from the busy restaurant and attractions area.(Hwy 7/Hwy 192). Is about 6-7 miles from Walt Disney World.

The owners and property managers went out of their way to make it hospitable for us.

The bedrooms are spacious and air-conditioning works well (a major factor if you plan to rent in summer). The kitchen is nice and clean and all appliances work fine. The pool was heated and a swim at the end of a tiring day at Disney World is like icing on a cake.

Not only would I recommend this to others, we are planning to rent this again in the future.

Had a wonderful time at the villa, very spacious, private, great games room and pool which was a welcome break after a day at the theme parks. Very close to all amenities. Would definetly recommend.

It was a nice "home away from home" with the amenities of a hotel. Our kids especially loved the pool. Plus it's close by to all of Orlando's attractions, such as Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studio. So it's not a long drive after a full, exhausting day. I do recommend this villa for vacationing.

I am sending a quick note to tell you how much my family and I enjoyed our stay at your house in Orlando. The kids especially liked the pool. It was nice to return after a long day at a theme park and be able to relax in the pool. The house is very close to Disney World and most of the rest of the attractions in Orlando. It was easy to get to and from any of the attractions in and around Orlando. After a tiring day sightseeing it was nice to come back to a "home" and not a hotel room.

We all really enjoyed our stay and on our next visit to Orlando we will be sure to be contacting you about staying there again.

Your villa provided the most relaxing vacation we have had in a while. It was clean and well stocked, it was a joy to utilize the kitchen for some meals. We had 9 people. Two of which were our two-year old grand babies.
The space was great we had no trouble with the kids and they loved the pool.
But we were unable to find the net for it. The pole was there but no net.
We will be sure to contact you about availability in the future if we come to that area again. Thank you very much for everything.
