Loved it!!

I was in town for an event at the Gaylord Convention Center and stayed at the condo. Great condo, nicely decorated, very comfortable, national harbor was great. Beautiful water views, great restaurants, fun night spots and only 5 minute walk to convention center. Would definitely stay here again.

Just after Labor Day my husband, mother and I spent a week here. It was gorgeous with wonderful views from the 2 balconies. The owner went beyond the usual with many necessities provided to make us feel welcomed. My mother has minor disability and with the elevator and one floor living it suited her needs.
Also, the Metrobus stops in front of the complex on Waterfront Street and takes you to the Metro which will take you into Washington DC. The motorcycle noise was not a nuisance; they seemed to be visiting the Harley-Davidson Store, one half block away. When the store closed at 9 pm, the noise would stop.
National Harbor is a site to see, with restaurants, shops, prestigious hotels, a marina and a park. At the moment it seems to be only busy on weekends, but I can see as the economy gets better it will be the place to go. I went out by myself at least on 2 occasions at night to get dinner for us without any trepidation. Also, Disney is building a resort to add to its experiences for Disney aficionados.
One problem and it is not the owner’s fault. We should have contacted him for explicit directions being that we were not from the area. I95/495 has thru lanes and local lanes and when you have a choice use the local I95/495/295 lanes.
That is the only way you can exit to National Harbor.

This condo is at the best location.Bedrooms were too gud and loved the interiors, very comfortable.This place gave us a feeling of home which is great when you are on a vacation.
Would love to stay at this place again whenever we are visiting DC.

This condo was a great place for us to stay during our week long trip to Washington DC. We are a family of 4, with 2 kids, ages 9 & 6. The condo had everything that we needed, and National Harbor is a great area. The kids especially loved the roof top pool and the Mechanical Bull at Cadillac Ranch! The condo is very close to DC, and is only a 5 minute drive from Huntington Train Station. We would simply take the train from Huntington into the city each day, and all day parking was only $4.50. I would recommend this property highly, and would stay there again if we return to DC in the future.

This lovely condo is best for those who love the night life. It has many amenities that will be truly appreciated as well as the condo being well maintained and very clean. The view to the side of each Juliet Balcony (no actual place to go out onto) is wonderful. It is easy to get to most places you may want to see on your visit to DC. However, it was very noisy at night and into the wee hours of the morning, especially on the weekends. The motorcyclists were the most annoying making it impossible to sleep until they left. The restaurants were expensive as were the water taxis. We prefered to go elsewhere to get groceries and fix our meals in the lovely kitchen as well as drive to our destinations. Potbellys was great food and an inexpensive place to grab lunch. On Saturdays they have a market on the street with lots of vendors which we enjoyed. If you have small children and want them to sleep at night, we would recommend looking elsewhere to stay, but maybe come down to National Harbor for a visit.
