Excellent Villa

A wonderful place to stay with the most stunning views of the sea from every terrace. The villa is spacious and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, plenty of storage for luggage etc. and the most beautiful infinity pool.

Nice, Monaco and Italy are easily reached by car, train or bus and don't miss the market on Fridays at Ventimiglia! Not just fabulous food, as you would expect, but good shoes and bags amongst other things.

Villa Seacliff is the most delightful villa I've stayed in on the Riviera -- and I've been visiting the Cote d'Azur regularly for over 30 years.
Spectacular views, well-appointed, comfortable rooms, and the most beautiful infinity swimming pool (you feel as though you're swimming in the sky) make this an ideal place to spend a week or two -- more if you're lucky enough to have the time!
Excellent for sharers, each bedroom has its own private bath or shower room, and since the bedrooms are spread over 3 levels there's plenty of privacy. I've stayed here twice in groups of 6 and once in a group of 8 people, and we have all relished the combination of privacy and excellent public spaces -- gorgeous terraces, a spacious LR/DR, and the wonderful library/family room.
The villa is maintained to an excellent standard, with daily cleaning (except Sundays) and everything you need to settle in -- a lovely welcome basket with wine and snacks, and gorgeous Fragonard soaps in all the bathrooms. There's a very helpful guide book put together by the owners featuring plenty of good recommendations for dining and activities.
I would recommend this villa to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life, and I can't wait for my fourth visit in May!

This gorgeous property sits on a hillside looking over the Mediterranean. Every single floor has generous balconies over looking the Sea. We had such a wonderful, relaxing time here;lounging by the pool,or sipping champagne in the outdoor hot-tub.
All types of sight-seeing are made super easy by the train stop at the base of the hill. It is centrally-located to both Monaco and Nice, and the train and bus systems are fast, inexpensive and efficient.
This location is a luxurious and peaceful way to spend a vacation in the South of France. We highly recommend this villa!!!

All of our expectations were met by this fabulous villa! Very clean, kitchen was great, tons of room for all 7 of us. With the spacious living areas and the huge terraces, everyone had space to enjoy every moment. The view from the pool was amazing - and so was the pool !

The views were incredible in every direction! Greeted by the Riveria every morning in spectacular fashion. What you see in the photos, is what you get!

Location was great. We went to Italy (via the very close train) for lunch one day! Another day a lunch trip to Monte Carlo. We did alot of sightseeing and shopping, in all directions. We walked to train/bus stop, which took us everywhere we wanted to go - then walking around the local towns worked great for us... we never needed a car.

If you are looking for a romantic stay or just fun in the sun or total relaxation, THIS IS THE PLACE!
