My daughter and I went to New York for the first time and the apartment made our trip a very memeorable one. We had email contact with Ohad before our departure and he was very helpful at all times.
The apartment was in a fantastic location for first time visitors as it was only two blocks from Times Square, a enjoyalbe walk to Centeral Park and a block away from a great variety of restaurants. There was a bus stop on the corner which travelled up and down 42nd St and connected to Grand Centeral Station.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and offered all of the amenities you needed. The views across the Hudson River were spectacular. There was a supermarket across the road which meant we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The apartment block in which the apartment was located was very quite and the staff who worked there were very friendly and helpful.
We spent 8 days in New York and if we were to return to New York Ohad's apartment would be a must. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a very affordable place to stay in New York.

we were trying to squeeze a family of five into a hotel suite or a small apartment for a long weekend in nyc. we decided on ohad's rental...it was a good decision. start to finish was very smooth and the accomodations were just as described. parking on site was cheaper than any hotels rates and the grocery store was half a block away but the clincher was the rooftop view - wow. complete north west and south views with the statue of liberty off in the distance. stunning

A GReat Trip

We had a great stay in NYC for four nights. This property is in a prime location, close to subway that can get you everywhere and easy walking distance to TimeSquare, Theater District and Central Park. The host was very pleasant and met us upon arrival and was helpful with all our questions. We traveled with two adults and two teens and the apartment was comfortable. The only reccommendation would be to offer an air-mattress for a fourth adult as the couch was a bit small for two teens not interested in cuddling with eachother (We used foam cushion on the floor for third sleep area). The view is incredible, and we were able to see the fireworks on the Hudson without fighting the crowds in the streets. Thank you for a great stay! We also very much enjoyed the art adorning all the walls.

The apartment was everything we had hoped for!

We stayed for ten days in the apartment, our first trip to the US.
Location was great, just a short walking distance to Times Square. Grocery shop conveniently located just across the street. It was very easy to get around - hailing a taxi just outside the apartment building was no problem, a subway station and port authority bus terminal was just a few blocks away. The neighborhood felt safe, and the 24 hour front desk concierge was always friendly and helpful.
The apartment was nice and clean, just big enough for four people, and everything we needed, like towels, kitchen appliances etc. was readily available. The apartment building also has a laundry room which was easy to use. One thing we missed was internet connection, but at "dunkin' donuts" one block away we got free wifi.
The owner was very helpful, easy to get in touch with and answering all our questions before arrival. Thank you, Ohad!

The apartment was fantastic. Views phenomenal! Queen bed very comfortable, Easy walking or quick cab ride to several Manhattan attractions. Deli/Grocery store on next block very convenient and tasty Hoagies for a quick bite. Will never stay in hotel again!!! Loved having our own "place!" to come home to.

What a wonderful place!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely FABULOUS! The view is just gorgeous, the apartment is immaculate, and the 24 hour doormen were very nice. It's located in a prime location- not too far from Times Square (short walk), but far enough so you don't hear the noise. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and really couldn't have asked for a better place. Ohad, thank you so much. Our honeymoon was amazing and will never be forgotten. This beats a hotel HANDS DOWN!

My family, including two teenagers, and I were extremely pleased with the accommodations. It was an easy taxi ride from LaGuardia. Upon our late arrival, everything was immediately available to us, keys, linens, toiletries. Everything was exactly as described, 36th floor, floor to ceiling windows, the views were stupendous!
The first night there, we dropped our bags and immediately walked to Times Square. We felt very safe walking there and back in the late night. It was an easy walk to the subway each morning to start our sightseeing.
We enjoyed all of the typical NY sights, but we also danced on the "Big" piano at F.A.O. Schwartz, rented bicycles in Central Park and ice skated at Rockefeller Ctr.
I highly recommend staying here!

Your apartment was very light and bright - rare for a New York stay. It's location was perfect, close to the theater district without all of the noise and bustle. Easy to get to main subway, just two blocks away. Teriffic view from the terrace, fast elevators (4 of them), clean apartment, very comfortable bed, great size for 2 people. High enough that it blocks a lot of street noise, easy location to get a cab from, and many eating venues within walking distance.

Had a great 10 day stay with 2 children, sofa bed in lounge, nice , clean apt with great views. a short walk to the heart of times square, but away from the crowds.friendly staff, the owner Ohad was professional and well organized.,great views from the observation deck. overall a great stay, loads more space than a hotel, would stay there again.
