The very best features of this two bedroom two bath unit (A204) at the Park Place Condominium complex include its close location to both Main Street and skiing, the extensive floorspace and warm decor, and the recent completion of a multi-million dollar exterior renovation and interior upgrade/renovation.
Park Place Condos are located at the corner of Park Ave (parallel to Main Street) and Four O'Clock Road (parallel to Four O'Clock Ski Run). Main Street is just one short block walk away. On Main Street, turn right or left to access the many restaurants, shops, museums and family activities. The Breckenridge Performance Center, the mountain stream that runs through town, and the Breckenridge Information Center (with playground) are literally just across the street from the complex and the unit.
Park Place completed an extensive exterior remodel in late 2008. This included covered entrances, large windows in every unit, new siding, upgraded lighting, and redesigned balconies to maximize both view and light.
For skiing, the nearest lift is the Snowflake Ski Lift, which is 2 blocks up the street from the unit. You can walk to it, or take the free town shuttle. The shuttle picks up across from the complex every 20 minutes and will take you to Snowflake or any of the other lifts in Breckenridge. At the end of the day, ski down Four O'clock Ski Run, cross the street, and you are back at the unit. Or take the free shuttle back to the complex from any of the other ski bases in town.
At 1300 square feet, the Park Place units are larger than most two bedroom units in town. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a balcony and a lockable ski closet to store your gear. The condo is warm and comfortable, with authentic mountain decor. You will feel you are staying in someone's home, rather than an impersonal hotel room. As long time owners of this unit, we manage it ourselves and lovingly care for it. Many of our guests return year after year and refer us to their friends and family.
