PALM BREEZE BAY COTTAGE

My husband and I recently spent 11 wonderful nights at the cottage. The cottage was exactly what we were looking for as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the resort areas. The grounds are well kept with lovely flowering bushes and plants. It was so nice to stroll down to the canal each evening or sit on the back deck and watch the sun go down. The cottage was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals in the cottage as it is nicely stocked with all necessary items. It was nice to have the umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels to take to the beach each day. We especially enjoyed Pelican beach, The Bight, Grace Bay, and Taylor Bay. Patty and Tom were great to work. Patty answered my multiple e-mail messages quickly and with kindness. Miki met us at the airport and showed us the way to the cottage. She is a lovely lady who made our trip as nice as it was. We are looking forward to a future trip and would definitely stay at the cottage again.

Hello, I had stayed in resorts on my previous trips to the island and now feel I can only come back to the cottage. It was clean, cozy, quiet, private; simply wonderful! Miki is great, very helpful and accommodating. Big Hello to Cocoa!!!We would go to various beaches during the day and felt such contentment coming back HOME to the cottage. One day we stayed at the cottage all day; sitting by the pool, napping, having our lunch and snacks whenever....feeling so safe so happy! It really is a perfect way to get to know the island in a more personal way. I managed to drive on the opposite side than I am used too; we found the tranquil Taylor beach one day, found a litter of pups another day that we fed, shopped in the IGA, Quality Supermarket and the Price Club (Best for bottled water), went to the Sally Ann and bought a gorgeous Ann Taylor dress for $8.00!! We have missed the cottage everyday we have been back and hope next year we are able to stay for 2 weeks as there are more areas we would like to discover! Thank you Patty!!

My wife and I just returned from a fabulous vacation in the Turks & Caicos islands. This cottage couldn't have been more perfect for us. It was immaculately clean, and was very modern in it's appliances etc.. The property is very beautifully maintained and this simply couldn't have been better for what we were looking for for accommodations. Miki met us at the airport and was there for anything we needed. She lives next door and was a great hostess if anything was needed. It is removed from the bustle of the resorts, yet it is less than a 15 minute drive to the resort beaches. You will need a car though. The deck, dock and pool area, which you share with anyone that may be renting the 3-bedroom house also on the property, is right on a waterway and it is also extremely well kept. Beautiful pool. Great patio and grill area and the dock is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a late afternoon cocktail and a nice Cuban cigar. The owner even provides a free cell phone for you to uses for any local calls you may need/want to make! We would recommend this cottage HIGHLY to anyone. In fact, we were so impressed, we will be booking the 3-bedroom house with 2 other couples for a future trip........guaranteed! You will pay more for 1 night at most, if not all, the resorts, than we paid for the entire 7 nights here. Simply Perfect!
