8 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathroom Sleeps 20

Historic house built in 1920 has 9 bedrooms and 3 full baths. With three acres of stream lined property. Has a Volleyball/badminton court, two fire pits.

The great room has a 8 foot wide fireplace, next to a 7 foot projection screen with full 5.1 Dolby surround sound. Two sitting areas for all.

Other fun things inside the great room, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Dart Board, Foosball, Great Bar .

Two huge porches 60ft X 15ft and 30ft X 12ft partial covered porch overlooking a stream.

Kitchen includes: Vulcan 6 Burner Stove, Flat Grill, oven, Breakfast nook, coffee area.

Dining room , seating for 10 people.

Room Breakdown:

9 rooms;

5 rooms with full size beds;

3 rooms with 2 twin beds each;

1 room with a twin bed;

This property is a great value for the money. The location was easy to find and the layout and amenities offered a warm and cozy atmosphere with lots to do and loads of space. The most appealing feature for my family was the oversized family room, dining area, and kitchen. We were truly able to be together! It was the only property, for our desired location, that was wheelchair accessible. The house is nearby to many attractions, however; because the space offered so much, we hardly left to go anywhere else. The customer service was excellent. I have already recommended it friends and family.
