BEST DEAL- BEAUTIFUL 100 YEAR OLD BEACH HOUSE, 2 BLOCKS FROM THE OCEANFRONT!

The location of this beautiful old beach house was amazing. Only a short 2 blocks from the beach, stores and the night life, but just far enough to get away from it all to relax and catch up on some sleep. It was only a half-mile from the convention center where the Rock-n-Roll half marathon expo and start of the race was held, a great way to warm-up prior to our race. The bedrooms with the queen beds were spacious, while the one with the twins was slightly small but would be great for children. There was only one bathroom but it was do-able with a party of 5. The only suggestion made was to have mirrors in the bedrooms, which the owner assured me he would be doing real soon. The kitchen was well equipped. We had to bring our own bath/beach towels but all other linens were provided. The owner checked-in to make sure the house had met our expectations. The process of renting this house was simple yet complete with a renter's agreement/short term lease. We will be recommending this house to our friends and families and hope to book our rental for next year real soon.

The house is literally 2 blocks from the beach, it took all 5 min. to walk there. The house was clean and had all of the things we would need. The air conditioning was really good, the beds were pretty comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom never ran out of hot water, even after being used by many people coming home from the beach. The house is very close to a grocery store and of course the shops near the beach. We got to see some fire works they had twice a week. We went with a 1 year old and a 3 year old and they had a great time. There was not much they could get into or break. the entertainment system was great. Lastly, when I left my child's video in their dvd player, the home owner was very understanding and sent it back to me. It was very nice of him, and saved me having to buy it again ;) We had a great time, I would recommend to my friends.
