A perfect place to stay for vacation, tour and visit of our great nation capital, 7 MN ride to DC, 5 MN ride to the University of Maryland, 5 to 7mn ride to the subway, bus accessible and great restaurant/nightlife nearby. This affordable condo will allow a family of 8 to 10 to enjoy their home life away from home while giving them access to variety of activities such as golf, pools just to name a few.

Awesome place to stay when visiting Washington DC

We were vacationing in Washington DC. This condo was a perfect location for home base. The condo itself is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The owners are very friendly and wonderful to their renters. They were happy to help us with anything and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The fully equiped kitchen was wonderful for making our meals ... the beds are very comfortable ... the pictures are very accurate. We would highly recommend this condo!

I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in the DC area.

The beautiful apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the necessities. Apartment is nicer than the photos.

It was a ten minute drive to the metro station which had plenty of parking. A quick trip into DC to see all the sights. My son dowloanded an ap to his I-Phone which was really helpful getting around on the Metro. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

great family vacation

We just spent 6 days in this condo and were very sad to leave. The condo is very well designed and looks even better in person than the pictures. The condo was very convenient to DC, Baltimore, grocery stores, and just about 10 minutes ride to few metros. We parked at the fort totten metro station most of the time and got off at the next stop which was the capitol for sightseeings. The kids enjoyed different activities such as ice skating, movies and more in downtown Silver Spring at just 8 to 10 minutes away. Wende was also very responsive to questions we had and sent us an email during our visit to make sure everything was OK -She and her assistant were also great at answering any questions we had promptly. We had a maintenance issue and it was taken care of immediately. Everything was handled very professionally and we felt very well taken care of. It's a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

We were referred to this condo by a friend who was there about a year ago and i must admit that this was a truly great experience.
we enjoyed everything from the convenient location to DC, Public transportations, six flags, grocery places, restaurants; the indoor parking garage, the beautiful balcony, the fully furnished kitchen, the soft and comfortable linens/bed,clean and well decorated condo, the great amenities, the attention to details to the laundry facility right outside the condo.
More importantly, I want to thank wandy for such a top notch customer service, constant availability and for making us feel at home.

I stayed at this apartment from 7-15th January 2013. From all the mod cons to the incredible location, it had it all. It was amazing.
I recently stayed in this fabulous and very convenient to DC and I'm glad I did.
The condo is very spacious , spotless, beautiful and bright with everything that is needed (e.g. wifi, cable, dishwasher, washer & dryer) to make your stay very comfortable.

The area is fantastic also. It has easy access to DC and other areas as there are several train lines within 5 to 8 mins drive. We had planned to drive to DC;however, it was so convenient that we ended up parking at the metro.The bars, restaurants and shops do not disappoint. The atmosphere and vibe was a winner. The parking garage was a great plus.
The picture surely don't do it justice.
Only first-hand experience of the condo and area can do it justice. You will not regret it!
