Within walking distance of major beaches (Jan Thiel, CaracasBay) and many tourist facilities, lies this luxury villa with outstanding views over the Spanish Water lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, it offers you the best in accommodation for your vacation. The villa has a private pool, looking out over the whole area. Spacious terraces and porches to choose from, situated on a large private lot (approx. 1000 m²/14000 sqft) without through traffic, so very quiet and private. The decoration is very attractive. modern and offers a lot of comfort. The villa is on a slight hill, but completely on the ground floor. You can park your car just aside the entrance door for easy access. The spacious living room has round glass windows to optimize the view.

This villa is of high quality and situated in a quiet area without construction activities in the adjacent areas. Very safe and private, beautiful and large pool. Extended facilities for 6 people, s.a. enough sunbeds, outside dining and lounging.

This villa was built in 2011 and first used in 2012. It has all new upscale furniture and excellent (box-spring) bedding.

The large premises and the magnificent view makes this villa very special and hard to compare with other villas on Curacao.

It has 3 spacious bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful, large living room with panorama-view windows. The covered porch is large and you can choose sun or shade, lee- or backward lounging.

There are two bathrooms and a separate half bathroom (toilet only). In a separate room you will find a European Washer.

All rooms (living room, bedrooms) have shutter windows so you can let the tradewinds in if you like or shut this out of you prefer.

Of course, al modern amenities such as free wireless (high speed) internet, satellite tv (LCD, 42', 65 channels), DVD-players (multiregion, so bring your own) and stereo system are provided. A cellular phone is at your disposal (incoming calls are free, outgoing calls are with local prepaid card).

All bedrooms have state of the art airconditioners (inverter units)

Curacao is one of the most 'original' Caribbean islands and offers s wide range of tourist activities and facilities. It has daily flights from Netherlands, USA (Miami) en regular flights from Newark and other cities in the area. Situated between the islands of Bonaire and Aruba (15 minutes flight!) it has the same climate (dry, tropical, outside the hurricane belt) but offers much more. Historic downtown, many restaurants with all kinds of cuisine, the Seaquarium (swimming or diving with dolphins!), the Ostrich Farm: also for children there is a lot to do. Great shopping, tax free facilities and world class diving, snorkeling and beach life. It has about 70 beaches with pristine waters along the whole south shore. Spectacular north shore with beautiful National Parks offers great wildlife. And much, much cheaper then Aruba or Bonaire! You will love the island and will return!
