3.5 BR, 3 Bath, Penthouse, sleeps 12. May Nights Available

My recent stay in Destin was fabulous!! This condo made my family feel like they were at home, but with the BEACH as our backyard! I truly can't say enough wonderful things about this place. First, from the very beginning when we inquired about the condo, to the day we checked in, the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very helpful in providing any information we needed and even recommended restaurants when asked. The condo, itself, is beautiful!! It is very well decorated, which creates a nice "homie" feeling. The layout is perfect! We had 6 adults and 2 kids (ages 8 & 11) and NEVER did we feel crowded - there is plenty of space! The kitchen is wonderful! As a passionate cook, I felt right at home. It is a well equipped kitchen - lots of utensils, dinnerware, etc. Of course, you will need to provide all your own spices, oils, etc...but, that was expected and no inconvenience at all. One of the greatest features of the kitchen (in my opinion) was the ice maker! Never did we need to hunt down an icemaker on any floors, nor did we have to make SEVERAL trips to the store to purchase bagged ice. There was plenty all the time to fill our coolers to take down to the beach or simply fill our glasses. The balcony is breathtaking. Never have I enjoyed my cup of coffee so much every morning as I did on that balcony overlooking the gulf ocean! There is a closet in the condo which has LOTS of pool/ocean toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc! The pool is very nice and kept clean. The workout room is probably the only disappointment, but who needs that when you have miles of beach to run on! Also, Seascape advertises on their website that charcoal grills are on the property - that is false. Grills are not on the property, nor are they permitted on balconies - so, plan your meals accordingly. Bottom line - great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful Destin Beach!

This is the 3rd time renting this unit for the month of October. Owner is so easy to work with and unit is absolutely as described. Very relaxing atmosphere and we felt as if in a Five Star + luxury resort. Beds are comfortable and all rooms are spacious. Master suite is great. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this unit and our experiences here.

We were there the 1st week April 2011. My Son's high School baseball team was playing in a Tournament and everyone stayed at the majestic. I would have to say we pick the perfect condo for our family of 5. We had 7 people staying in the condo that week and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, beds were comfortable, I would have to say the only complaint we had was that we were staying during the Final Four basketball games and being from Kentucky(since Ky Wildcats made it to the Final Four) would have liked to have an upgraded Flat Screen TV(or larger tv) in the Living room (just wasn't big enough and out dated) other than that no complaints. We will look you up again for any vacation rental we need in Destin. Thanks
