Each bedroom has it’s own private full bathroom so you won’t have to be sharing with 10 other people. Also, each bedroom has its own 32” HDTV so you can watch what you want, when you want. DVR is available to record your favorite shows so you won’t miss a thing. The bedrooms are all furnished with custom built furniture and decorated with items from Pottery Barn, Pier One and World Market.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has Serta presidential suite pillow top mattresses for a comfortable nights rest. The master bedroom on the main level has a king mattresses and each of the other four bedrooms has a queen mattress. We have placed only one bed per room so you can have some space and privacy. For families with young children we have 4 twin mattresses available for children to sleep on mattresses in their parents room.
If you are not familiar with North Myrtle Beach, we are in a prime location just a bit over a block from where North Ocean Blvd. dead ends. Our beach access is directly across from our driveway. There is a canal inlet as you turn left down the beach. Where are tide pools providing fun places to kids to play and explore the watery wonder world.
This home is privately owned and maintained. No rental agencies involved. We only rent to families or professional adults, you must be over the age of 25 to book this property. Sorry we do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties and occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Our condos home owner policy only allows us to rent weekly. Our weekly rental is SUNDAY to SUNDAY. We take payments on line securely via credit card through VRBO. We also require a $500 refundable deposit.
Parking for 4 cars OR 2 SUV's (or minivans) and 1 car ( no trailers Boats or golfcarts allowed)
