Additional information about rental rates

  • To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is required. The deposit can be paid by credit card or via bank transfer. Once we received the payment, your receipt and your tenancy contract will be e-mailed to you. The balance of your holiday cost is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and specified on your confirmation. If you book within 4 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking unless other customized arrangements are made.Extra cost: final cleaning payable locally:

  • The Air-conditioning is an optional extra. This units must be only be used while you are in the property, with all windows and doors kept closed. Under no circumstances must the units be left on continuously while the property is unoccupied. Please see below the extra costs details.

    A refundable damage deposit of £180 will be taken at the beginning of the tenancy and given back to you the day of the check out after the final check.
