Mary's by the Sea is located less than one block from downtown Rockport. We are directly across the street from Rockport's best attraction, Front Beach. Only two minutes to the train depot, grocery store and shopping in downtown.

Our property is next door to grassy and beautiful Millbrook Park. If you like to shore fish for Striped Bass or Blue Fish, it's only across the street. The harbor and charter fishing in Rockport is only two minutes away. Our convenience of location and beautiful surroundings is the best in Rockport. Walk to everything!

Great place and fantastic location!

We (my husband, me and our 3 yr old daughter) stayed at Mary's by the Sea (though we were on the first floor unit which is not pictured here) for three nights recently. This was the last stop of our New England coast trip and definitely our favorite! The place was very very clean, a good size, very well appointed, and the location was just perfect. We could just cross the street and plant our feet in the sand at Front Beach (or take the short drive to Good Harbor beach), we could hear and see the ocean from the nice big front porch, and we could easily stroll into town. Pat and Mary were very nice and helpful during our stay and we would love to come back again! Thank you!! Shirley, Jay and Ellie.
