3 Minute Walk to Beach!~Recently Renovated*Pool*Free Wifi

We stayed in Josie's condo Sunday, July 22nd through Tuesday, July 24th, 2012. It was a last minute trip and boy did I get lucky. Josie was very prompt in responding to any questions and check in and check out procedures were a breeze. The condo was just as it was described in the listing and shown in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable for my family of four. Josie thought of everything. You had a well appointed kitchen and bonus appliances like a blender, crockpot and toaster oven. We only ate out once because we could cook anything at the condo. I forgot to buy a book to read on the beach but didn't need it because Josie has a collection of books, dvds and games to keep you entertained. The decor was precious. I enjoyed all the interesting ocean themed decorations. I loved that the condo had two full bathrooms because my two teenage boys had a bathroom of their own. The condo is layed out so that the bedroom feels very private. There are hallway doors that separate the front and back so that you can take a nap in the bedroom and not be bothered by the activity in the living room and patio. The condo also has the best view at Sunrise Villas. You not only have a view of the pool from your patio but a view of the ocean! I loved sitting on the patio just taking in the ocean breeze. And the three minute walk was so convenient. If you forgot something you just ran back to the condo to get the item. The beach in front of the condo was not crowded and you had the option of renting an umbrella and lounge chairs from a mobile vendor from the Islander--one of the beach shops on the main drag. The water was perfect and the beach was clean. And when you were done with the beach, the outside shower at the condo washed all the sand away. We could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation. Only wished we could have stayed longer. I would definetely recommend this property to my friends and family. We will definetely be back!
