The most convenient place to travel with your family! This small private subdivision has a shared community pool, private beach just steps behind the house on the Santa Rosa Sound and short walk to the Gulf of Mexico.

Upon entering this beach house, you walk into the spacious living room. Off to the left you will see an open kitchen with modern appliances, granite counters and a wine fridge. A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is adjacent to the kitchen. Three separate deck areas allow for some of the best water views in the area, off the front, side and back of the house. A great place to watch the sunset or even catch a glimpse of dolphins passing by. Additionally, there is a covered porch below for relaxing in the shade or barbeque. Just steps away is an outside shower with both hot and cold water to rinse off after a relaxing day at the beach or by the pool!

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. A 2nd bedroom has a twin/full bunkbed plus a twin size trundle bed . For small tots, there is also a small couch that easily pulls out into a bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and a shared bath. There is also a porta-a-crib available for your use.

All linens are provided but bring your own beach towels. Minimum rental age is 25 and we do not accept college breakers.

This is Florida's Best Kept Secret! Three miles of untamed beach and sugary white sand. This is a barrier island off Hwy 98 in Navarre Fl.

There is golfing just a few miles away off the barrier island. Pensacola Beach is 10 miles west and Okaloosa Island is 15 miles east. It is a 30- 40 minute drive to Outlet Shopping in Destin, Fl.
