The den closes off completely as a 4th bedroom allowing the Manzanita House to sleep 10 comfortably. Four full baths, a huge master suite and gourmet kitchen place this home beyond luxury. Located only 12- minutes from Northstar, 10-minutes from local restaurants and five miles to state-line casinos there’s something for everyone. Although the steep driveway is heated and there is plow service; 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended for winter use. There is lower off-street parking for two vehicles that are not 4- wheel drive.
