The apartment is conveniently located in a quiet residential area near the beaches of Juan-Les-Pins, Antibes and Golfe-Juan, in a small, secluded luxury residential complex with beautifully landscaped grounds and large swimming pool.

The complex is equipped with security systems for the peace-of-mind of its guests (automatic gate with remote control, pedestrian access, parking with access code and resident custodian) and offers a number of shops nearby, including a supermarket and smaller minimart, delicatessen, tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery and butcher shop.

Large (53 m2), bright and airy 2-room flat located on the first floor of a 4-storey building with elevator, it includes:

- fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle); it has its own window and is separate from the living room;

- bathroom with tub/shower and with a small cabinet and hairdryer; separate WC;

- bedroom with large queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) and spacious built-in wall closet that also houses a handy safe. In the living room is a second bed (wide single, 130 x 190 cm foam mattress) suitable for an adult or two children;

- spacious, bright living room with marble floor, 3-seat sofa, armchair, wall unit, HD TV, DVD, radio and CD, unlimited Wi-Fi and beautiful view of the grounds;

- large, sunny terrace that actually functions as a third room, it is the apartment’s pièce de resistance; with full southern exposure, it offers a stunning view of the complex’s grounds (olive trees, palms, pinasters, etc.), without being overlooked. It includes awning, built-in barbecue, teak table and chairs, two chaise lounges for sunbathing or an afternoon nap and unforgettable, relaxing evenings in the privacy of your own home.

The large swimming pool, for the use of condo residents only, will not disturb the peace and quiet of your stay because it is not located right below the apartment, and it also includes a small wading pool for children, benches, umbrellas, shower and areas to sunbathe within the verdant grounds.

Traumhafte Lage in ruhiger Gegend

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für uns als Familie mit 2 Kinder ideal geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Ausstattung läßt kaum Wünsche offen und man hat alles was man braucht. Einen herzlichen Dank an Isabelle, die uns mit recht hilfreichen Tipps versehen hat. Man kommt relativ schnell in alle Richtungen, man sollte aber ein Auto haben. Der Blick vom Balkon aus ist traumhaft, besonders wenn am noch auf dem Balkon isst. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Comme à l'habitude la qualité de l'appartement et de son équipement, n'a d'égal que la gentillesse des propriétaires.
Parfaitement situé entre Antibes, Juan Les pins et Golfe Juan, c'est avec délectation que l'on profite de la piscine lorsqu'il fait trop chaud pour rester sur le sables des plages.

Un havre de paix proche à Juan-les-Pins

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui a pris le temps de nous fournir toutes les explications et conseils nécessaires pour un séjour parfait. Appart spacieux, grand séjour, grande terrasse avec barbecue et transats. Cuisine super équipée. Malgré la semaine du 15 aout, nous avons été surpris par le calme qui règne dans cette résidence très fleurie et parfaitement entretenue. La piscine, peu fréquentée, est un régal quand on rentre d'excursions. Petit centre commercial à une minute de voiture (boulangerie, épicerie, primeur, boucherie, pharmacie, tabac). Parking très appréciable. Bref, des vacances trop courtes mais parfaitement réussies !

très belle location

Accueil de la propriétaire très chaleureux. N'a pas hésité à nous montrer le chemin de la supérette la plus proche en nous accompagnant.
L'appartement est très sympa avec une grande terrasse et une belle vue sur les jardins. nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Bien situé à juan les pins et pas très loin des plages même à pied.
La place de parking est très appréciable. La piscine a fait notre joie et celle des enfants. Un très bon séjour et une location à recommander.
