The main part of the villa is where you will find the living areas and three bedrooms, whilst the fourth bedroom is part of a separate building that is a self-contained unit, named the Garden Suite, which also houses a bathroom, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
Location
The location of the villa is in Bang Tao at the entrance of the exclusive Laguna Phuket estate. Within a five minute walk, you can be on Bang Tao Beach, which is one of the finest in Phuket. Within a 10-minute walk, you can be at the Laguna Golf Club and the world famous Banyan Tree Spa. Situated on the sunset west coast of Phuket really does mean you can see this beautiful part of the world up close and personal. Surin, Kamala and Patong beaches are all only a 10-minute drive away.
Accomodation
Bedrooms. There are four bedrooms within the villa– three situated in the main house while the fourth has its own self-contained unit with a bathroom and kitchen area. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, while the third has two twins. The remaining bedroom has a double bed. There are also extra beds available for children and a travel cot. The Master bedroom also has an adjoining massage/spa room and an ensuite bathroom.
Bathrooms. All the four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, toilets and wash basins. The master also has a great sunken bathtub.
Dining Room. There are three options for dining. There is the dining table in the main living space, which is next to the kitchen. The remaining two options are the 8-seat dining table next to the pool or in the Thai Sala that straddles the pool.
Kitchen. There are two kitchens in this property – one main kitchen in the open plan living space and the second kitchen in the self-contained Garden Suite. Both have a selection of modern appliances, ideal for self-catering.
Living Rooms. The large open plan living area combines a lounge, dining room and breakfast bar together, whilst enjoy great views overlooking the pool, terrace and garden. The pitched/vaulted ceilings provide a nice atmosphere to this area. With concertina doors running across the entirety of this room, you get direct pool access and a classy modern tropical ambience. You can also enjoy a nice selection of entertainment features such as a large flat-screen TV, international cable/satellite channels and a DVD player.
