The open plan lounge area has floating floorboards, 2x seater and a 3x seater leather lounges, a 46 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, modern prints, a wicker day bed, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door access to the spacious balcony area with outdoor table and chairs plus 2x wicker arm chairs to relax after a day at the beach.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped and offers stainless steel dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, a standard size fridge/freezer, portable CD player, plenty of bench space and filtered water views. The dining area positioned adjacent to the kitchen has a solid timer dining suite for 6, a 22 inch wall mounted flat screen TV and access to a separate balcony area with 2x seater cane lounge, table and small gas BBQ.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, bedside tables, tall boy, wardrobe, a 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, filtered water views and a private ensuite bathroom with glassed shower, toilet and vanity. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized bed, bedside tables and wardrobe plus sliding glass door access to a private balcony area. The 3rd bedroom has 2x single beds, a bedside table and wardrobe plus a port-a-cot for the little one.

The main bathroom offers a shower over the standard size bath, modern vanity and toilet. This property also has an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine and dryer plus 1x under cover car space.

    This property is offered fully self contained and is not serviced.  You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels.  For an additional fee you may order linen packs as an extra with your booking.  This will be delivered to the property for your arrival.  A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
