The modern kitchen comes fully equipped and offers granite bench-tops, Meile stainless steel appliances including wall oven, stove top, range-hood, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and French door fridge as well as offering a servery window to the main dining table with 3 stools for a breakfast bar. There is a 2nd living room / TV room adjacent to the kitchen, with lounge, 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD and a CD Player with sound system.

The main bedroom is positioned to the rear of the apartment and offers a French style queen bedroom suite with matching bedside tables, a walk-in robe access to a small balcony with modern wicker outdoor seating plus a private ensuite bathroom with corner spa, glass shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has French style double bedroom suite with matching bedside tables, a built-in robe. There is a storage shed in the garage which has plastic table and chairs for the pool area.

You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. For an additional fee you may order linen packs as an extra with your booking. This will be delivered to the property for your arrival. A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
