Positioned overlooking popular Duchies Beach “Mirage” offers open plan living with a split system air conditioner, 2x 2 seater lounges, 36 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD, CD player, contemporary dining table and chairs and sliding glass door access to a private balcony with outdoor setting, electric BBQ and beautiful vistas across the harbour. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, 2x burner stove top, microwave and a standard size fridge / freezer.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, mirrored built-in robe, small Flat Screen TV, water views and a private ensuite with a glass shower, vanity, toilet a corner spa bath with a viewing window to enjoy the water views. The 2nd bedroom has 2x single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and a private bathroom with glass shower, vanity and toilet. There are internal laundry facilities including a top loading washing machine and dryer. This property also offers a carport space for 1x vehicle.

There is a grassed landing to the rear of the property as well as access to a pathway that leads to the Duchies Beachfront and childrens playground. Bagnalls Beach and picnic areas are also within walking distance. The Nelson Bay CBD, marina, award winning restaurants and boutique shops are only 3 minutes approximately by car as well as the Nelson Bay Bowling Club and a 27 hole golf course for bistro meals and entertainment. Dolphin watching cruise boats depart daily from the marina with whale cruises operating between May to November each year as the humpback whales migrate up and down the east coast.

You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
