Positioned on the ground floor of the Grevillia Building unit 42 Bay Parklands offers modern stylish holiday accommodation including a tiled open plan living area with a 3x seater and 2x seater leather lounge, a suede arm chair and ottoman, a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi with i-pod Dock, chrome ceiling fan and sliding glass door access to an entertainment balcony with outdoor setting, gas BBQ, parkland surrounds and direct to the pathways that lead down to the Little Beach Foreshore. The dining area also has sliding glass door access to the balcony area and offers a wood and wrought iron dining suite, high chair and chrome ceiling fan. The tastefully renovated fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, wall oven, glass stove top, white caesar stone bench top and a breakfast bar with 2x stools. The internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and comes with a top loading washing machine and dryer.

    This property is offered fully self contained and is not serviced.  You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels.  For an additional fee you may order linen packs as an extra with your booking.  This will be delivered to the property for your arrival.  A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
