Simply walk across the road to Shoal Bay Beach and wharf, or just a short level walk to village shops, cafes, restaurants, Country Club Hotel and the Port Stephens and Game Fishing Club. This unit is a unique offering within the Bella Vista Estate and features: 3 generous size bedrooms, air conditioned open plan lounge and dining room with water views, 2 separate bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washer and dryer, auto single garaging (semi secure with locked gate) and a front porch with an outdoor setting, uninterrupted waterviews and BBQ provided in the rear courtyard.

The comfortable lounge area has plenty of seating, a 42 LCD flat screen TV, DVD, VHS and CD player, the dining room opens up to a common grassed area to the rear of the property and a features a glass and cane dining table with seating for 6. There are 2 bathrooms for your convenience both have a shower and toilet with one offering a bath tub.

The whole family will love the convenience of a safe swimming beach just opposite the unit, picnic areas along the foreshore and the old Shoal Bay wharf to throw a line and try your luck. There is a walking track to the top of Tomaree Headland, a 2 lane all tide boat ramp with plenty of trailer parking as well as the choice of 3 unpatrolled surf beaches being; Zenith Beach, Wreck Beach and Box Beach. There is something for everyone at Shoal Bay, for the active there are the beaches, bike tracks, walking tracks, tennis and fishing and those looking for a more laid back approach there is fine dining, relaxing with friends, dolphin watching and why not try The Shoal Bay Aqua Spa which encompasses 3 thalassotherapy spa pools, 9 treatment rooms, 3 aqua therapy rooms, a relaxation room, 25m heated lap pool and a cardio fitness centre (must be over 16 years).

You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. For an additional fee you may order linen packs as an extra with your booking. This will be delivered to the property for your arrival. A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
