This beautiful modern 3 bedroom air-conditioned apartment offers spacious lounge and dining rooms, a modern kitchen with granite bench tops and is fully equipped with microwave oven, dishwasher, wall oven, large fridge, cooking utensils and glassware. The internal laundry is tucked away near the kitchen area and is equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Only minutes walk downtown to Nelson Bay restaurants, shops, the marina and more, this apartment is in an ideal well sought after spot.

The combined lounge/dining area is carpeted and spacious. The lounge area has a 2 x 3 seater and matching armchair lounge suite. 1 pine coffee table and a pine unit with a LCD TV offering Foxtel Seniors Package, DVD & CD player, there is also glass sliding doors leading out onto a good sized balcony with an outdoor setting. The dining area has a modern timber dining table with oval shaped glass top and 6 matching dining chairs.

The 3 bedrooms are all carpeted and have built in robes. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, private balcony and an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity unit and has a 2nd TV. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed , while the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and both bedrooms share a large balcony. You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. For an additional fee you may order linen packs as an extra with your booking. This will be delivered to the property for your arrival. A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
