This exclusive piece of paradise is positioned on the outskirts of the Lagoons Estate (NOT INSIDE THE GATED ESTATE) and allows the guests staying to have full use of the Pool and Tennis Court within the Complex. Simply step out your back gate to be part of the gated community which is located within walking distance to the Nelson Bay Foreshore.

Comfortably furnished throughout the property has a large lounge area that has balcony access to an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The large modern kitchen comes fully equipped and is combined with the dining room. Other features include a spacious master bedroom that has sliding door access to the rear courtyard and a private ensuite bathroom, 3 other spacious bedrooms, one with a private balcony, a large main bathroom with corner bath, a fully equipped internal laundry and a powder room on the lower level for convenience. There is also a single lock-up garage, carport parking for one vehicle and plenty of off street parking with a security front gate so be sure to bring your boat.

Downstairs Offers: Modern and spacious this property has all the living areas on the downstairs level. You will enter the property across stepping stones to the front porch which has a table and chairs ideal to sit with a cuppa tea in the morning sun. The kitchen is centrally located on the lower level and has the large lounge area to one side and the dining area to the other. The lounge room offers a large leather 3 seater lounge, 2 leather arm chairs, a solid timber cabinet with TV, DVD and CD player, pedestal fan plus sliding door access to the large entertainment deck with solid timber outdoor setting, a 4x burner gas BBQ, grassed area, outdoor clothes line and rear gate entrance to the complex. The fully equipped kitchen offers all modern stainless steel appliances including a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove top. The dining room adjacent to the kitchen has a timber and material dining suite for 8 guests, wine rack and prints on the walls.

The spacious main bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, mirrored built-in robe and private ensuite bathroom with glassed shower, vanity and toilet. The fully equipped laundry is also on this level which has a front loading washing machine and ironing facilities. There is a powder room with toilet and vanity for your convenience near the main entrance.

Upstairs Offers: An internal staircase will lead you upstairs to the other bedrooms and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, built-in mirrored robe, pedestal fan and private access to the upstairs balcony. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both offer 2x single beds each and mirrored built-in robe. The main bathroom has a large corner bath to relax, a glassed shower, toilet and vanity.

You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. For an additional fee you may order linen packs as an extra with your booking. This will be delivered to the property for your arrival. A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
