Ideally set-up to accommodate multiple families under one roof, this home would be a perfect destination for a reunion, 3-4 couples or simply a family holiday. This is most definitely NOT a "party house". It is most suited to quiet families or responsible adults that can respect the property, the area and the neighbours. All neighbours are aware of the restrictions put on the property, and are under instructions to contact us and/or the authorities if breaches occur. If complaints are made you may be evicted with NO refund of monies paid.
LEVEL 1: Enter the main foyer via the double carport on level one, which overlooks the main lounge area with cathedral raked ceilings and water views. The 2nd bedroom has a wood and wrought iron queen size bedroom suite with bedside tables and built-in robe. The 3rd bedroom has a double size bed, a single bed, tall boy and built-in robe. The main bathroom is on level one and offers a standard size bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet.
LEVEL 2: The main living and dining are on the 2 level and offer a spacious lounge room with 2x 3 seater lounges, 3x arm chairs, a flat screen TV, DVD, CD player plus sliding glass doors which open to the covered full length balcony with outdoor setting and beautiful “Bay Views”. Wooden French doors lead to the kitchen and dining area from the main lounge room and has an oven, stove-top and grill, a fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. There is also a solid timber dining setting for 8 guest plus access to the main balcony and wonderful “Bay Views”. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, walk-in robe, TV, water views, a private ensuite bathroom with glass shower, toilet and vanity plus sliding doors to the main balcony.
LEVEL 3: Ideal for the teenagers in the family, the downstairs area has been cleverly converted into a rumpus room and offers 1x tri- bunk bed (single on-top and double on-bottom), 1x single bunk bed (single on-top and single on-bottom) as well as 1x double bed and 2x single beds. There is also a bar area downstairs, not to mention access to the rear paved outdoor area which offers a 2nd outdoor setting, gas BBQ and water views (Covered Spa/Cabana and Pool Table seen in photos is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use). The 3rd bathroom is on the ground level and offers a glass shower, vanity and toilet. Other features of this property include and internal laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer.
